Grad Trip 2007!!!!!: Jun 17, 2007

before i move on to covering our journey to the next checkpoint, here's a glimpse of our LITTLE accomodation in Thailand! (~the guy at the receptions loves to joke, everything also "just joking...")

Things we accomplished thus far:

1) Be touristy
2) Be 开心
3) Teach Wanjun how to play Tai Ti!
4) Become broke on our 1st day out
5) Clear the first part of our trip! ~yey!

And then in the mornin, it was into the PINKY CABS and off to the airport! I jus have to say, I love the airport design!!! And oh yes, we took a picture with this birdnest sign b4 we left! (~this one's for u ziyang!) Then it was taiti at the waiting area before boarding the plane. Oh yar, the water cooler at the waiting area got problem one, cannot use 2 coolers at once!

We took this minibus to The HUMP which was to be our accomodation for our next pitstop! (~and we gave advice to the aunty who drove us on where her daughter can take ACCA in singapore, hopefully that helped her! 30 yuan!) Once again, our room needed a bit of swapping and and all and we ended up with this damn cool room with open air toilet! and tiles which if we are not careful are gonna really give us a bad bump if we knocked into it!

After we had settled it, it was time to check out the city! Nothin much to see cept for these pagodas and stuffs! We found really nice egg tarts though! Cheap Cheap Good Good! 1 yuan for 1! Oh oh, and after that we had dumpling dinner! and then it was HAO LE DI for us!!!! gosh they have HAO LE DI in kunming, 8bucks for 6 hours but we only sang 4! shux, dogged tired today, and Qiaojia lost her voice singing!
